You can view your purchase history in the Customer Center. This article will go over:
View Order History
- Go to Customer Center.
- Sign in using the magic link or use your email and password. The magic link will be sent to your email.
- Once you log in, click on invoice history.
- Click on the 3 dots, then select view for more details.
Download Invoice
- Click on invoice history.
- Click on the 3 dots beside the order, then select view for more details.
- Scroll down to paid invoices and select the pdf icon on the right side of the invoice.
Change Payment Method On Existing Order
- In the invoice history, click on the 3 dots, then select change autopay method. This option may not be available if the order is not a subscription.
Note
- If you can't access the customer center, please try accessing the billing portal.
